Deregulation has brought about many changes in the telephone industry.  I know first hand how it has changed throughout the years.  I've worked in the field for 30 years with GTE/Verizon. Customers have voiced their concerns to me and we're very concerned about the changes. I now have addressed these concerns by providing the best service and product in the telephone industry. This prompted me to start my own business, General Telephone Service, and work hard everyday to meet my customers needs.  I have 43 years experience in this industry.

This experience brings confidence back to the public and gives customers the service they are looking for -
"telephone service the way it used to be"!
